You can't stop stupid people from doing stupid things. But, if someone reviewed an RMT and put enough detail in the review that the RMT could identify who the poster was in RL ... and, the reviewer left a digital trail that could be traced to them, well they get what they deserve. But, that's a whole lot of "if" that needs to fall into place for a successful lawsuit.
