Review I posted not attached to provider's showcase

I wrote a positive review of Adriana Marshall and while it published on 9/4/15 in reviews and I received credit for it, it has not appeared attached to her showcase. I think she is skeptical that it was ever published. Can we get this corrected? Thanks!

When you post a review it automatically is assigned to you thru the system.

The system does not auto assign tot he provider. We must manually assign it. Providers become creative with the spelling of their names and many Hobbiests misspell the names or put partial names,

Or in your case, you misspelled her handle as Adriana Marshal and not Adriana Marshall and did not put her showcase link in your review to let us know she is on ECCIE. When this happens, a moderator may assign the review to a land of misfit toys of providers we can't identify.

Whether she believes you wrote one is her issue and all she needs to do is look in the review section or on your profile. Sometimes it may take a day or 2 or 3 for a moderator to get to the que to assign reviews. Especially during a holiday weekend.

I have found her review floating in limbo and have assigned it.
