I think you are crawling in the dark looking for answers. Even on an anomynous board I don't believe you will get an honest reply to your post. I appreciate the honesty. I think that sums it up for the some of the guys on the board, on top of their personal reasons, why they choose to hobby. I'll take your last line to get in, get out, get on with your life to include "if I wanted the girl to hang around then I'd get a girlfriend."

I'm a sex addict and the hobby affords me the opportunity to feed my addiction 24/7. When I mention being a sex addict the stereotype of a guy in a trench coat jerking off in a Victoria Secret's store probably comes to mind, but that's not me. Sorry to disappoint. I crave the attention of a female companion, but that companionship has be sexual in order for me to get that instant gratification that is void in my personal life. This leads me to avoid intimacy and practice what I consider is a safer alternative to relationships. Alas, the irony of my actions are far from reality and far from the truth.

Most everybody is here for similar reasons, to bang chicks that either they could not, or would involve more effort that they are willing to put into it. Me, hell I will admit it, I am getting old. I am fat, have little to no game left and lack the confidence to even approach young (to me) hot girls. The hobby allows me to reenact when I was thin, young, virile and had the confidence to talk to any women and the game to get most of what I went after. It's like when guys go to rock camp, or play flag football. They want to enjoy either what they wanted to do when they were young, or relive the glory days.

I didn't properly answered your question so my answer is no, ECCIE isn't what I expected. I came here after ASPD shut down and even that was a piece of shit but at least it was better than CL and BP. Hobbying in the northeast and in Europe have much better customer service than what is provided in Texas, at least through ECCIE and P411. And what I mean by that is whether the provider is an indy or through an agency a customer will get what they see, no camera tricks to trim off weight, no upsell, and GFE means GFE not FS. I've met some nice ladies, a few of my regulars have now retired and there is a discontent among the men on this board that make participating feel like getting your prostate checked by Edward Scissorhands.
