I'm not being a prick. Just telling you. Your post was meaningless and gave no info. Hit the new review button. You then need to fill in the sections. Most important are the providers name, website, the phone number, etc etc. Its obvious once you go in.

The New Review button appears upper left when you open the new provider forum.

And that opens a form. Fill in the blanks, check the boxes, and click the radio buttons with the appropriate details, make sure "The Rest of the Story" is sufficiently detailed, and you're pretty much in like Flynn. It's almost a no brainer.

I'd recommend buying a month of premium access and reading a few reviews. Between that and doing a review or two you'll get the hang of it.

checkout, if you go to the Independent Provider Reviews forum, you will find a button entitled "New Review". Click on that and fill in all the blanks and then hit "Submit" at the bottom. A helpful hint...don't use the "Enter" key, tab between blanks or you will submit an incomplete form.

Some members are good at completing the form on a smartphone, but most are not as good and the reviews are incomplete.

Since you are new, you might also want to dial back the attitude a bit...
