you bet it is. that's what the law does to murderers isn't? which is what Huckabee would be the first time he caused a death by forcing a woman to continue a pregnancy that resulted in her death.
Huckabee can have all the "sincerely held religious beliefs" he wants just as long as he doesn't try to force them on others. pro life proponents call abortion murder, yet they whitewash the huge financial burden along with the overall responsibility of having a child.
oh sure, they'll just say "give the child up for adoption, there's thousands of families looking to adopt" and while that's clearly true, it still forces a woman to carry the child to term against her will. being pregnant isn't easy. Men don't have to go through it.
even today with advanced neonatal care, a child born premature less than 6 months has little chance to survive. at 6 months up to full term, they do have a good chance which is why third trimester abortions are illegal with exception of clear risk to the woman's life.
let's say Roe v. Wade was struck down. what would happen? you know perfectly well what would happen, women would again resort to illegal sources for abortions. these days women can take drugs to induce an abortion which done without medical supervision could be dangerous and even life threatening.
on just the question of Pro Choice v. Pro Life, public opinion has generally trended higher for Pro Choice than Pro Life.

Do you want me to send you all of your dildos you left at my house or toss them out?

Those would be your mother's or woomby's dildos , so you might want to ask them about if they want them throw out . So woomby is already breaking you in for some fudge packing ! And since you already love ATM, that ought to make you some extra money down at the 'holes ! Those head shots you've taken in your training in the stalls at the truck stop glory holes have ALREADY started affecting your memory and cognitive ability. That was woomby and the rest of the reach around crew, that you're now a part of, during those company mandated " fag orgy / " training sessions ", that you so love, where you got your salad tossed and your fudge packed then were made " air tight " to YOUR delight ! You just might get promoted to working at the dumpsters at Talleywackers if you can keep playing woomby's rusty trombone to his liking ! Did you have to provide your own knee pads or is that something your boss woomby provides for you ? Keep WKing for him and that promotion might come even quicker !

You don't understand the law do you? If Roe V Wade were struck down, it would NOT make abortion illegal. What it would do is to give each state the right to say where they stand without the federal government overriding their wishes. Do you think California, New York, Illinois, or any number of other states would make abortion illegal? The worst thing that would happen to women is that they may have to go to a different state with different laws to have it done. Plus, don't give me shit about the poor being screwed because of their poverty. Stop smoking, stop with the drugs, and stop screwing around and there won't be a problem in most cases.

Anybody notice when Hillary walked out a few feet to the podium in her orange jumpsuit and somebody took her water glass...how heavy she was breathing? She took a few seconds to catch her breath then wackily answer questions about her server. Like I've been saying for months, she's not capable of running a vigorous campaign, much less Presidency

maybe all these irritating questions are giving her a migraine and hypertension?
this will only get worse. let's wait till the first Democratic debate. you know someone's going to bring this up. both Clinton's anger management issues are well known. she'll go off like Mt. Vesuvius
while not entirely on topic, these links give some insight on the the Imperious One's temper and over-inflated sense of intellect.

You fucking moron. You wouldn't know a good idea if it jumped up and fucked you in the ass. You don't understand poverty, do you? Some things should be federal laws. This is one of them. People shouldn't have to drive to a different fucking state for shit's sake.

Then you are opposed to the legal and spiritual concept of the United States. I suggest you find a country more suitable to your beliefs and leave us alone.

Colin Powell did the same thing Hillary did, using personal email while S.O.S. and no one said a thing.
