A request to rally to help one of our own.

We have had a catastrophe in the hobby community and am encouraging anyone and everyone that can help, to do so.

One of our providers was assaulted and had her house burned down by a crazy ex. This came on the heels of him shooting her 6 year old daughter a few weeks ago (daughter is recovering well), and the crazy ex is in jail. In the process, they have lost everything.

JustTheresa69 has volunteered to coordinate donation collections and has promised nothing donated will go to waste.

Not sure of the goods needed, but know for sure cash donations will always work. I am sure Theresa will have some details posted soon.

She has three kids, two going back to school soon and all they have literally are the clothes on their backs.

My heart is heavy and I know everyone that can, will help.

I will not list names, in order to provide privacy to the provider, but I did confirm the details with the police report.

One of our ladies and a member here for several years, has lost everything in a senseless act of violence by a crazy ex BF. He has terrorized her and her three kids and now burned down their house.

They escaped with literally only the clothes on their backs, and school is starting soon.

I will be happy to accept any and all donations and get them in the right hands. Right now, we need cash and new or gently-used clothing.

• Girls clothing sized 5-7 years
• Baby boy clothing, sized 18-24 months
• Ladies clothing, shirt size small and pants/short size 5

Please help as you feel led.

Feel free to call or PM me for instructions or details on how to contribute. Donations can be dropped at my house and I can also provide directions on how to wire money.

Send me a PM, titled "Donations for arson victim." and I will gladly reply.

Poke Her night is next week, for anyone who wants to help, this is a great time to drop donations off, even if you are not attending the game. Of course, will accept gifts after Wed, but the goal is to get the kids clothed in time for school.

I personally challenge all hobbiests as well as providers to gather together and bring some hope back into her children's life as well as hers. I do know that one of the children is approaching a birthday and have personally arranged a party for the child. I will also donate at least $100 plus win the poke her tournament and my voucher will go to her.
It's the little things like this that we can do to help one of our very own. I saw the children yesterday and they are beautiful kids. I made them smile with a silly querk, but couldn't help thinking that inside their little hearts, they were crying because they couldn't play with their favorite doll, sleep in their own bed, or find comfort in ther favorite blankie.
I hope the son of a b**** gets what he deserves for what he did and with our support, we as a community give mom and kids what they deserve, because no child should ever have to go through the horror and nightmare of losing everything. Again, I challenge you all. Hobbiests skip one session with a provider and make that donation. Providers, take one -1 hour session and donate it to this family.
Any and every little bit counts. Thank you in advance.

If you prefer, someone suggested Gift Cards to WalMart or Target, those are great as well.

Gift cards, cash and clothing can be dropped at my place.

Someone will be home all weekend.

Many of you know where it is. Feel free to drop by all weekend and all afternoon Wednesday. You can ring the bell or simply leave things on the front porch.

I met with the young lady yesterday and can tell you she is genuinely appreciative of your support and anything we can do for the kids.

I sent some help in the mail . They will get it Monday or Tuesday. I want to do more. I need an address to drop off toys and clothing .....some is brand new . My home looks like the mini Toys r. I am happy to report that we turned over the cash collected so far, to the young lady yesterday for her kids, with a promise of more to come.

The a$$hole is in jail and looks like he will be there for a while, as they get ready to add more charges to him.

I am STILL collecting, and will be home all weekend. The goal is to finish collection by midnight Wednesday (Poke Her night).
