Taxes?
I can't be the only one who wants to pay taxes. Ok, maybe not "want" but feel it is best. For one, we make decent money n it's only right to contribute to government programs that I hope will be around long enough for my children to see. I may not like how many things are ran but I still would like to do the legal thing. My job is legal. I entertain. There's nothing illegal about having sex with men you met at work. I'm paid for my time and I choose to have sex ...two different things Anyways, to get a nice mortgage or car loan, you need proof of income. That means TAXES. So I have many reasons for this decision and I certainly am not judging anyone who doesn't pay. I just really want proof of income AND to feel like I'm being as legal as possible.
Some one here must be an accountant or have some knowledge. I'm a great self teacher but would love someone to consult with on the trickier parts n gray areas.
Opinions? Advice? Open minded accountants I'm Syracuse?

Since it's illegal income, and you feel the way you do, and for a handful of other reasons besides - a legitimate charity makes the most sense. Maybe not the answer you were looking for though.

You're on the right path. Put entertainer, declare what you want/need.
Check the main section too. This has been discussed before

Thanks, you're right I'm sure. Just figured maybe other providers knew a good accountant who is educated in this area. I know the IRS supposedly does not care and can not turn it in to another department legally even if I put "escort" (which I would not do) but fact is, many sex workers do pay taxes for a variety of reasons.
I donate to charity and help others regardless of being in this field. I just am able to do more now. People would be surprised how good it makes YOU feel to help others. I prefer more personal acts of kindness than a big charity or organization though.

Again.......get advise from an accountant outside the business, and do NOT share your information with anyone here, providers included.....
Read through this site, and you'll find numerous examples of men and women screwing each other over......why even consider compromising your safety and security?

The escorts that I know who pay taxes have a cover business that they run. For example selling crafts, freelance makeup artist, freelance personal assistant/stylist...

Get a dba-"doing business as" Call yourself an entertainer, cleaner, whatever you want.
Get a tax id number. Claim something every year.
Im just getting started with doing it 'legal' as well. So I appreciate advice. This is what I have done so far and I have an ebay business as well as sales from my website (pics/videos) I will claim.
I agree dont mix hobby and real life.

Interesting, i would say the only income you could consider claiming is if you make a habit of getting paid by check, visa, paypal, etc. I think claiming large amounts of money with no paper trail would be highly suspicious to an irs audit process. To reduce suspicion, one would have to manage a bonafide service business, such as massage therapy, counseling, etc then you are mafia.. Better off not claiming anything.
