Hi all. I pulled something in my back yesterday and i am taking a couple of days off...just 2. With no insurance i cant get help so i hope ice works!

Hope you start feeling better soon.
I did that once before I had insurance with a company and the boss paid for me to go to a chiropractor. When I got there I noticed he also did acupuncture so I asked him about it. Long story short, it worked. I still felt it a little afterwards but I was actually able to go back to work that afternoon. It was amazing.

Ice the first 48 hours. Then 15 min. ice then heat every hour. Try to stay active so you won't tighten up. A little walking or stretching does a body good. Take care.
