Nope. No restrictions here.

We could, but I would rather shoot it's much more sporty. There's nothing like looking at the expression on some dumb motherfuckers face as he looks down the business end of a firearm and knowing this is the end.

Yes I have. I was a victim of a very violent home invasion shortly after Hurricane Katrina. So when it comes to violence, crime, gun ownership, self defense whether it be armed or unarmed. I know what I am talking about.

I'm sorry that happened to you. But you know about your own experience. Surely you know they aren't all the same. Look, no one wants to take your guns away. There have got to be some common sense ways in order to reduce the violence, though. Unless you want to become a country that just accepts that kind of thing.

as well, women who live in a household with a gun are much more likely to killed with a gun than those who live in households without a gun.
Read it again, suckclown.

Suicide

74. The great mass of evidence indicates that the suicide rate is not dependent on the availability of one method and that if, by some means, all firearms could be removed from a society, the rate of suicide would remain largely unchanged. (source)

We don't need gun bans or extensive gun control measures in this country to necessarily deter gun violence. We have effective laws in place such as Project Exile. The link below gives a pretty good explanation of it. For the record I don't walk around town armed. I could, I have, but I don't ordinarily. The shootings we hear about in the media lately, whether it be an orchestrated incident or actual are what I consider to be ambushes. A guy going into a theater or other public place shooting innocent people is an ambush. The media capitalizes on that to form public opinion. The opinion of the average person is fear. A guy with a gun and he is Mentally Ill. We need to do something about guns and the Mentally Ill in our society. People draw the conclusion of guns, Mentally Ill, equals mayhem. Although it may seem like it. It's not an accurate picture of what's really happening.

I never said the word 'ban'. We obviously need to do something different from whatever it is we're currently doing, because it isn't working.

The Constitution pretty much takes care of any possibility of banning firearms in America. But TSA style check points into certain venues would thwart entry with weapons. I see something of that nature happening in the near future.

that's not entirely true. The 2nd amendment is not limitless.

You can begin by not giving bleeding heart liberal juries the option of a life sentence...

http://www.cnn.com/2015/08/07/us/jam...shooting-jury/

Capital punishment, like capitalism, works every time it's tried.

People sit around and piss and moan about all the "gun violence" in this country, but when given the opportunity to actually do something about it they wuss out.

You get no sympathy from me.
