Dimwit is someone that is silly or stupid. Neither are an indication of ones intellect. It is a sign of someone that is childish or gullible. In this case I would say both. So I know what an ellipses means but could you explain the random amount of dots you seem to use quite often? Does it mean there is a word you can not spell and substitute it with some dots? Or does 5 dots have some special meaning in La la land.
