There isnt a new review button. IIRC you just post a new message in the indie or agency review section for the city you were in. Good luck on iPhone its a hassle but works.

While my Android phone won't show a "new review" or a "new thread" button, it will show the "forum tools" button.

Hit that and you get a drop down menu and you can choose post a new thread.

Drop down, however, does not include "new review" thread option. So you must create your own format including ROS.

PITA if all you have to work with is a hand held phone. imo a tablet/phablet might work within the mobile environment a bit better.

The issue obviously crosses both iPhone and Android cell browsers. Might be that a browser update or swap could solve the problem.

My Android tablet shows all buttons and dropdowns.
