Lol.....yes. At the end of the day, it boils down to that. Its one thing to chat a bit before to break the ice, but do what you are there to do and go. With that said, if you do go over, as sometimes it is easy to do, for me, its only the right thing to do and tip or offer to pay for the time. Definitely if other menu items were taken advantage of or the sex goes over time allotted. But yes, the best way to stay out of this conversation is to show up, chat a bit, fuck and do what you discussed, chat while getting dressed and leave. But that applies to both providers and hobbiest. ;-)
