Our government was never designed to make sure people had enough, or to make our lives easier. It was designed to keep us free. The first duty of government is not to keep us safe. It is to keep us free.
Government has failed because we have failed. We believed the lies. We voted for corruption. We condone, and reward dishonesty. We allow the corporations and banks decide our candidates. We have no choice. Nothing changes. McCain would have passed the same health care bill. It was going to pass regardless. If McCain had passed it, the Democrats would be pretending to try to repeal it, and meet with no success. It was coming regardless who won.
What do Dems and Reps always agree on? Police state expansion, the Patriot Act, the NDAA, and other bills restricting freedom. Their phony arguments are on irrelevant issues, to keep us from paying attention to what's really going on. And the state controlled media follow suit, and yes, that includes FOX. FOX only serves to give the illusion of disagreement, but they are as phony as the others.
What needs to happen, won't happen. The elitists have too much control. The people are effectively distracted.
We are entering a very dark period. My heart breaks for my grandchildren. I'll be gone when the worst hits. Focus on the important. Love your kids. And grandkids. Give them a base of love and courage, and self worth. Those are the tools they need to survive. That's my mission for my remaining years. That, and pissing off WPF occasionally. I need to have fun, too!

That sounds like more of the same idiot nonsense that JL The Welshing Idiot used to regurgitate prior to (him) losing the "wager".
Why are there so many similarities between you and JLIdiot?
Up to and including, when JLIdiot stopped posting, DSKIdiot started.
Hmmmm! Could it be that you two Idiots are actually, one and the same Idiot?
JL was a wannabee Lawyer then.
JL is a wannabe Baker now.
Busted!

Question. Did we fight the revolution so we could be safe, or so we could be free? Where did Jefferson or any Founder state that safety is more important than freedom? Why should the government question my honesty? If there is probable cause to believe I have have tried to take someone's life liberty or property by force or fraud, they can prosecute and prove it. If a citizen believes that, they can take me to court and sue me. What honor system? You are clueless. You are embarrassing yourself with your stupidity.
The Constitution provides for a court system. States can provide for a police force, and courts. Nothing anti-Libertarian about that. It's just that freedom and individual rights are supreme. LE are servants of the people, not enforcers for government.
You are an idiot.

Wholly chit, Whiny!
I'm not willing to give my life for your freedom to carry a gun into a movie theater.
And that's my right under the fucking constitution, too.

" And I don't want to HERE...." !!? !! For a swishy walker that claims to be a "freelance writer for travel guides" you sure don't know how to spell , woomby / undercunt / rusty balloon knot / wanna-be jalapeno sucker !!! And we all realize that you libs NEVER want to HERE anything that isn't in lockstep with your lying liberal socialist / communist agenda. Brook NO dissent, hey woomby ? !
How do you HERE when Big Sir tells you to "bend over beyotch, here it comes again ? You HERE that REAL well, now don't you woomby ? If you're such an advocate for the gente, move some of them into that basement room of yours in your Momma / sister's basement and use YOUR money to feed and clothe them !!! They might make you have to buy more Depends than you do now, but just buy them in bulk at Costco or Sam's Club. Surely there must be one close to Talleywackers that you can stop by on your way to or from working the 'holes !! Maybe you can get some gay caballeros and fellow maricones to move in down there with you and shammy and Big Sir and start some "in house" bukakke parties !Think of the "ropey loads" that you could be getting at home for your facials !!

You're hopeless. Anyone who doesn't agree with you is an idiot. Freedom without safety is pointless. How you don't get that is beyond me. If you're not safe, you're not really free. Are you? My entire point is that while you might be right in some of your argument, you're never going to see it. Ever.

Although the Government has an obligation to keep it's citizens safe, they have an even greater obligation to our freedoms and liberties afforded to us by our constitution. In order to thoroughly understand that you must understand the law, for it has been said that this is a country of laws not men. It just so happens that men have over stepped the law in order to afford us added security at the expense of our liberties and that is against the law.

The movie theater is private property. The owner can decide who and what gets in. Who said there was a right to carry a firearm onto private property against the owner's wishes?
Pay attention. You have a comprehension problem.
At least in the service you learned how to clean latrines. Must be nice for your customers to have a tidy glory hole.
