Unless the provider has a no review policy then who cares what she thinks of it?? Her job is pretty self explanatory and if she can't perform her duties as a provider then she shouldn't be one. And if wk's have a problem with your review then they are obviously not in understanding of the point of reviews. Just my opinion...

If you had a shitty time (for real) you should write an honest review. If the provider sees that I would think she get in touch with you and try to make it right with a better time. Then the ensuing review would clear the air. Bad days happen no doubt.

I can think of several providers who had to step it up and get on the good review side of things should they stay active in this community and a couple of them did and are getting good reviews now. One id on my short list again. As a matter of fact I bet they made it on a few short lists after the good reviews started coming in.

And who gives a rats ass if some other john PMs you about your review. We all do our homework here. The more information I have about what I may be walking into the first time I see someone the better I feel. That's why we write reviews.
