"Felonies" are getting deported? How do you deport a felony?

Truth is, it's not just felons who are getting deported. Any immigrant without proper documentation can get deported. He comes back, according to Kate's law, he gets put in prison for 5 years.....that is just so fucking stupid I don't even know where to begin.

On another note, did you know that there was almost no net migration from Mexico to the U.S from 2010 to 2014?

You realize the only reason WTF wants us treat them humanely is because he exploits them, right? He wants the US taxpayers to provide him with cheap and exploitable labor - he is a minor league robber baron.

I think they should be able to unionize and also petition the Dept of Labor for redress of grievances against the contractors and pierce the veil of the general contractor and hold them criminally responsible for hiring illegals when they could hire the native born.

OMG! I never meant for my post to cause so much drama. I feel like I am in grade school again. Nowhere did I ask anyone to agree with the views in this petition nor did I ask anyone to share their opinions or feelings about the petition. We all have our beliefs and opinions about different policies pertaining to the law. Sometimes I see things black and others may see things white. We were not all born to agree with one another. That is what makes the world go around. You may never agree with "Kate's law." While there are some who do. That is our prerogative. I simply posted this for those who may be interested in learning more about it and would like to sign their endorsement and to do so without being criticized or given a talking to of why one should not agree with it or should not sign it. If you don't agree with it and don't want to sign it, fine. If you do, wonderful. Why do we have to get in such a fuc*in debate over it. I am through with trying to explain something that you may or may not agree with. I AM DONE WITH THIS THREAD. It's my choice just as it is yours. Can we please drop it and move on to something that we may have in common instead of something that we don't. I regret posting this thread with every ounce of my being. I just can't stand the bickering and people trying to be politically correct. IT IS SO DEPRESSING. The board is all yours for those who want to continue it. HAVE AT IT.

When I wrote this post, I was on my itty bitty phone and on the treadmill at the same time. Its states those who have committed a felony and are then deported and reenter the country illegally. That is what the Katy law proposes. It is not speaking about illegals who are deported for being illegal, it is talking about illegals who commit a felony crime and are deported for that crime and whom reenter the country. It is not unusual for an illegal resident of any ethnic group to commit a crime and be convicted, rather than being housed at the tax payers expense they are just deported and told not to come back, this is what the Katy law is trying to prevent. You know this your just playing the race card.

Here is the sad truth being ignored by our lefties; if the current laws were being enforced, as they should be, then there would no need for "Kates" law. Now both sides are responsible but it is the left being demagogues about the issue.

Nazi Baby Killer makes my point in his own half assed way. If you enter this country illegally, you SHOULD be deported under the current law but this has nothing to do with "Kates" law. Only if you reenter the country after being deported do they upgrade you to felony status and send you away for five years. Now Big Louise, thinks that this is a fun time for convicted felons but as many of them come here to support a family, how does that help?

It doesn't help. But as usual, we're late and full of shit. Instead of trying to fix the source of the problem, we are fixing symptoms. It's in our interest to have neighbors that are prosperous and offer their own citizens opportunity.
