No, Because that law won't apply to gays, because they can't have children naturally. The driving force of this, is single women with children out of wedlock. That might be true if she goes for an invitro procedure, but even in that case there is no man to be held accountable. By law a sperm donor can waive any legal obligation. So again the lesbian is on her own.
