My uncle, one of the toughest people I know, made a vow on his fathers (my grandfather's) grave that he would quit smoking. He lasted close to two months before he had to take it up again.
He used to smoke 2 packs a day, now he's down to 1. That's something, I guess.

The point is: it's got to be fucking hard, so cut the bullshit. To be judged on it by some anonymous low-life on a hooker board should be the least of anyone's worries.
