Driving down Spring Cypress today, I saw that a "Foot Spa" had opened up right next door to the Texas Department Of Public Safety Drivers License office. A person would either have to have BIG Balls or be Stupid to visit this one. The Foot Spa had the typical look of the places that offer extras.

It's a good setup. With the horrible wait time you could sign in at the DPS and then they hand you one of this flashing light pagers that goes off when it's your turn.
