Default Dog (animal rescues)?

Are there any animal rescues (no-kill shelters) in west Texas?

Depending on if I spend my memorial wknd in the area, I would like to volunteer at one over the wknd, if possible!

Thank you. I guess I should of been a lil clearer in my post; if I am in the west Texas area over the wknd, it will, more than likely, be Midland.

I did Google as well and found one for Lubbock, but they don't have an actually sanctuary or place of business, as all animals are in foster homes awaiting adoption so therefore no place for me to volunteer at

You can come to my house.
Wash dogs, clean horse stalls, pick up poo from yard and rocks from the pasture.
I'm always looking for volunteers and promise not to kill any of my animals (on purpose anyway)...
lol

I would honestly do it, too! My passion is animals, so anything to help the well being of an animal, is right up my alley

I googled animal rescue but only the humane society came up. I'll have to look those up! Thank you!

My pup needs a good bath and if you can get him to quit eating his own poop and mulch out of my flower bed, I'd be indebted to you forever....well...for a while anyway

True, but I'm giving the dog with 4 legs a bath, so I don't wanna smell dog farts while I'm washing his ass, literally! Lmao!

I have a pug named Clooney and he flips out when I cut his nails. Come over and cut them for me and I'll take you both to Whataburger for lunch.
