Las Vegas Suggestions?
Headed to Las Vegas in a week. Just wondering if anyone has suggestions for cool place to eat, attractions, or even the best strip club. Been about 10 years since I have been. Posted in the Las Vegas section as well, but not much in the way of responses. Thanks

Man Vegas is totally different if you have not been in 10 years! Hit the Freemont street experience, totally cool and can get wild.
Cant help on strip clubs don't go better things to spend money on. Red Rocks is cool away from the strip, malls casinos places to eat though I prefer the restaurants in the hotels on the strip.
Emerils and Wolfgang Puck in MGM are some of my favorites as well as Bobby Flay in Caesars. Just got back last week and found a new place that I love Joes Seafood in Caesars.
The Twin Peaks in Planet Hollywood is fun and love The Red Eight in the Wynn. Another cool hang is The Palm off the strip, great bar, can pick up some ladies and if you look The Pearl at the Palm has great concerts and is a nice venue. Saw Joe Bonamassa while there, just awesome had a VIP box just to stage right and a private waitress. The Beatles Cirque at the Mirage is awesome as well.
Man it has changed so much in 10 years you will find plenty to do.
Have fun, we go at least once a year some times twice.

If you love Thai; skip the infamous Lotus of Siam (excellent, but crowded and not easy to get in without a reservation).
Instead go to Komol - http://www.komolrestaurant.com/

Head to the Cosmopolitan Hotel, the eye candy and clubs are incredible! Plus they have a great bar in the middle of the main casino and you have to see the lovely ladies there to believe it! And I you are into Rock N Roll and Santana is in town head to the House of Blues, great concert and yes the ladies there are also incredible!

Stay away from strip clubs. They are mostly a waste and non near as good as Dallas anyways.
If you are there on a Sunday, fountains brunch at Jasmine is excellent (Bellagio ). Best place for breakfast off strip is Harrys Bagel mania (Jewish deli).

Have to disagree. Lotus of Siam is amazing. You do need a reservation. But the food combined with the world class German wine list makes it worthwhile.
If you're going to eat at another Thai place, I'd pick Chanda Thai. Run by Bank Atcharawan, formerly of LoS. Also great.

Chada Thai is very good; I stopped going to Lotus of Siam after they expanded. It lost it's vibe IMO.

I am going out this weekend myself.. Jay Leno is there for one night (Friday 10pm. show) I have seen the Beetles show and it is good. I liked Ka better. Eating up in the Stratoshere is fun for the view. The steaks were ok. The dinner and a show packages are always worth the money. As far a gambling I prefer the Paris on the strip and Golden nugget downtown. The buffet at the nugget is pretty good or was at least. I play table games only (well mostly) but the Stratosphere has some Star wars slots that are fun.. I like to shoot the machine guns out in the desert. You actually can spend money as fast here as gambling though. haha.. now if I could just find some good pussy at a reasonable rate
