I don't eat before a session. I offer Greek lessons and some guys don't mention they are interested in Greek until they get to the session.

My metabolism is ridiculous, so I always try to get in a meal before I meet someone...those few times that I didn't manage to grab food (or dinner plans were changed) have never ended well - my blood sugar tends to drop at the worst possible moments. *laughs*

So yeah, I'm definitely on board with the idea of eating before (and/or in the middle of, if it's an extended rendezvous) a session.
