When were you given the room number? If it was as you arrived at the hotel and placed a second call, as is the normal 2 call system, then she should have been in her room waiting for you. No excuses allowed, leave and don't look back, and never call her again.
However, if you had the room number before you arrived at the hotel; then you should have talked to her when you saw her. Guys have been known to be late. You could have called her to let her know you had arrived. If you just went to her room and knocked, without a phone call, then she responded OK by not answering the door (if she was there). She has her own security to look after. If she went down to grab something to eat, or whatever, while she was waiting for you; that is understandable. as I entered the hotel lobby I saw her but made no attempt to contact her I went to her room knocked on the door and no answer.
I was scared because when I had pulled into the hotel parking earlier I saw a police patrol car with an officer parked in the vehicle. I waited at the door for 7 minutes and texted I was here, but no answer.
I left just as I was about to enter the elevator I saw her step out,but made no attempt to contact her as i was about to leave the hotel i got another text saying to come back to the hotel.
I went back to the room and waited a whole nother 10 minutes no answer.UGGGGGH what a waste of time its providers like these who make it bad for the good ones. this took place on 12/6/2014

It looks as if this whole thing depends on: when were you given the room number?
You have made an appointment, what the hell is going on with texting. Talk to the woman, listen to her voice, listen to what is behind the voice. What is going on with the lack of communication.
On a first visit, I would never show up for a visit if it was set up by texting. I want to hear what the lady sounds like. After you get to know her, texting is something else.
For both parties, the spoken voice can tell you a lot about what you may be in for; is it friendly, or is it gruff. Smoker, or not. Caring, or doesn't care.
You have the idea.
You saw her, but you didn't speak or call her if security is a question.
This is all very strange.
