someone selling fake stuff of me on ebay

So I am not sure this is where I put this , I have been thinking of changing my name for porn since so many people have made $ off it with websites that were not mine , I was looking some stuff up and I saw on ebay there is a store claiming to sell my panties and pictures with my autograph , and the photos are not even me , is there anything can do about this or no ? ?

When looking at the bid item, click on the link: "report item" on the right side located under the 'other item info' box. They will investigate it.

I just ran the words "American" and "geisha" and "Tatianna" through ebay and didn't come up with any hits. Just to clarify: Is the vendor selling items related to "American Geisha" or "American Geisha Tatianna"? I would think the name "American Geisha" is too general to be associated with a particular person. I googled the phrase and got 11,900,000 hits.

No it is under Tatianna Stone , fake pix and underwear autographed , the pictures are even diff girls with my name on it .

I haven't done any research but is there a way to trademark or copyright your stage name or anything ? It seems like there should be some sort of way you could protect your name/likeness/images against theft ?

AmericanGeisha: My experience as a 25-year attorney is that usually the simplest solution works best. I agree with thx -- report the vendors to ebay. Click the "report item" link that's in the lower, right-hand corner of each listing. Then clearly and dispassionately explain to ebay that you are the real Tatianna Stone and that the sellers have misapprorpiated your trade name.
