Even as the daddy, the focus should not, and for the health of the SUGAR relationship,
cannot, focus on the financial aspect of the relationship. That obviously cannot translate to blowing the budget - a responsible SD wouldn't. Any short term excess may mean a LTR becomes impossible to maintain.
If daddy's needs are being met by the arrangements made with baby, it is dutiful for the daddy to continue to meet reasonable needs she has. It can, however, be difficult sometimes to say no to baby. Will she have as difficult a time saying no later should her needs go unmet?
Sadly, and on occasion, this scenario may end with a power play & resort back to a value proposition of sorts.

The SD/SB
is a relationship, but for the most part viewed as less chemistry- or romance-based, and developed more upon an understanding of mutual gratification - communicating needs, then going about satisfying them. Of course, neither party should proceed under false pretense of chemistry/attraction.
As far as monogamy, it may end up as that. From what I've read, more than likely it'll be an open relationship, like dating but not exclusively seeing one another. Or perhaps more of a 'don't ask, don't tell' since a good many of SD's play with providers.
