you are a dumbass, trying your "best" to be relevant and appear intelligent. It's not working. It never will. You are a loser. Accept it.

Is this what you recite to yourself in the mirror every morning?

This has been answered many times already.

Care to answer any if the questions that you have been asked multiple times and provide any DATA, not opinion, to support the outrageous position that you have taken.

There is not enough information (facts) available to make a "proper" decision.

Wait. I thought these were the "facts"?

I think I just figure out why you have gotten out of the 3rd grade yet. It's those word problems on the tests they give you. Andy's "word problem" IS:

"Care to explain what you would have done if you were Slager during that "fateful traffic stop"?"

"traffic stop"

"traffic stop"

"traffic stop"

Got it? Good!!!!!

Now, please go sit back on the bench and let the grownups talk.

So what I listed ARE facts then? Would there be something (like a link!) that could prove those "facts"?

I'll be happy to "sit on the bench" right after you finish cleaning it..

You're gonna bust someone else on word problems? Look at your syntax in the highlighted portions. You sound like you ride the short bus. You carry around a slobber towel, don't you?

I read your question, and I read it as you wrote it. And as written it is based on the "traffic stop," for which there is a video tape with audio. The "traffic stop" ended when Walter Scott bolted from his vehicle and ran from the SCENE of the "traffic stop."

So, how does the "news" report of rumors floating in the media AFTER the EVENT help in making a decision about what one would do at the TIME OF THE TRAFFIC STOP? It didn't help in evaluating: Zimmerman-Martin, Wilson-Brown, or NYPD-Garner. BTW: It also didn't make a difference in O.J. Simpson's case or Rodney King.

I wasn't posting a "word problem" ... Any posed a question. I wasn't criticizing his "world problem" or his "question" ... I answered it as he wrote it. And THE answer is .. besides any answering being 20-20 hindsight speculation ...

there are not enough FACTS KNOWN NOW to make a judgment call, and I will add that given the confusion, misinformation, and probably outright lies what someone else may have done based on "the confusion, misinformation, and probably outright lies" is not really relevant to any productive discussion.

There is a whole "cottage industry" in the media of looking back and second guessing. This board is NO EXCEPTION.

How do YOU think he got out of the 3rd grade? I think I know.

He even "messes" up the bench and wants others to clean up after him.

My recommendation is either get potty trained or keep the diapers on, and if his ass has gotten too fat, then get some adult diapers and see if those work.

Notice how once more, you ask pointless questions and don't answer any of the questions that were asked of you and provide no data or anything (other than your prejudices) to support your outrageous position.

So how about you give some answer or be a man and admit that your position that Scott would have been shot if he didn't run is wrong!!!

I apologize if I have muddled my question yet agin. I didn't add the phrase "with Scott not running from the scene of the traffic stop" right after my question at post #210, because I have falsely presumed you and Freedom42 would have known that "running from the scene" was not the scenario since we have been debating this hypothesis for days.

But I hope I make it crystal clear this time.

How would you have acted if you were Slager when you find out Scott has outstanding warrants for his arrest after checking out his ID? He is still seated inside his vehicle, no signs of bolting whatever, indicating he has no intention of running away.

Once it was confirmed by the dispatcher and related to me that the agency issuing the warrant was ready, willing, and able to pick him up from Slager's agency's holding cell, then Slager would re-approach the vehicle, ask Scott, to step to the back so we can talk, Slager would escort him to the rear of Scott's vehicle, Slager would secure him with handcuffs and escort him to the rear of Slager's unit where Slager would search him, secure his property, and placing him in the rear seat of Slager's patrol unit.

Since you didn't ask about the passenger in Scott's vehicle we wont' discuss it.

Once the scene was clear then take Scott to the PD to await the other agency.
