provider friendly landlords??

My daughter and grandbaby are moving out from my house near Springfield in May to l;ive with her fiance........So my lease will be up and I will be homeless.I am going to just travel on the road most of summer so I can do my camping & biker rallies while working........But in fall,I will be looking for an incall to stay at at least two weeks each month......SO Iam still contemplating between Kansas City Mo or Springfield.

Anybody know of any provider friendly apartments/duplexes/or houses here....or places I can "get into very easy with not much info/credit " needed.....I can provide a bank statement and put down a decent amount for deposit.........I am lookjing for a small one bedroom or possibly two in a safe clean area for doing incalls.
{I luv the country club plaza area and close proximity...or just north of downtown might be ok}

Why don't the 3 of you just move in with me....I can have an entire separate room for Savannah and Dallas's toy collection (god knows that will need the biggest room...lol) kinda like fifty shades and a baby's room for Destiny.

And me well Ill just stay in my room ....and we could rotate like musical rooms!
