London is a great place to hobby.
I traveled there many times and now I'm a resident.
Never had a problem and have never been disappointed.

My concern with Eastern European is the possibility of some degree of coercion in their being there thus making the client liable.

Some boards I've read have stated that Indian providers are more expensive but with less passionate service. Still, something about that fantasy of unwrapping a sari.
