Yeah, you're not entirely wrong. You should go back and read some more of the stuff I post. I'll talk to you like an adult if I feel like you are one.

Majority of the people on these forums are shit tossers, so don't single me out as the one who's starting it. As soon as they realize their opinion might be on the losing side or might not hold weight, the shit starts to fly. Then guess what happens?

I've apologized when I've made factual errors. I've also admitted when people's viewpoints might hold more water than mine. Can you say the same for the rest of your buddies?

Correct!

And it is a Treaty. Nobody can argue otherwise.

Article 2, section 2, clause 2 of the US Constitution states...

"He shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur;"

But it's not the legislative branch that does the negotiating. They're simply taking any chance they can to poke him in the eye, best thing for the country be damned.

You're a liar, shamman, you DON'T apologize when you make factual errors, and it would be easy to post a half-dozen or so examples (e.g., the Crusades, the A-Bombs, etc.) of where you never apologized for being factually wrong -- and where you preened and bragged inspite of being factually wrong!

The "inevitable" was that you wouldn't apologize for your factual errors, shamman.

You mean like Jesse Jackson did?

You've been disappointed for the last 6.5 years so you have to project your racism. Typical.
