Several years ago, I had a gentleman from TX ask me year if he could use my photo as his avatar. I had no problem with it and was flattered. I don't know this person but if ya like my ass enough that you think it's avatar worthy...go for it.

I haven't ever thought about it again, the pic was a home pic taken by a friend so no real rights involved.

Fast forward, sorting through mail today and have a msg from the original gentleman telling me that some asshole has taken "our avatar" and would I cuss him out and tell him to take it down, along with this link.

So, I wrote fellow B a nice note and said, Hey, I'm the ass in the photo...just thought I'd say hi (I think there may have been a prior issue between Texan A and B as to if it was manipulated, which it isn't). So B writes me and asks me if A has exclusive rights... WTF? Am I the only one that thinks that It is funny as shit that there is a showdown in Texas over an avatar picture?
