What color do you see? Gold and white, or blue and black?

Lmao I figured you would.... I see black and blue. My girlfriend who was with me earlier was sitting next to me, looking at the same pic on the screen of my phone and swore it was white and gold.

As someone who deals with color almost every day at work all people perceive color in a different way.... Say you have coca cola Red well 100 people get asked to look at samples and pick out coca cola red some will be the same some will be way different the programs we use to match color work off a study sample of 100,000 people and gives us a target area where the majority of the 100,000 people see the color and hue. Color is very very complex more so than most people think.

It blows my mind how two people could look at the same pic, and see two completely different colors. I guess its just perception & the way your eye processes certain colors. Someone on another thread said that it had to do with your retinal nerves and some cone shaped thing in your eye lol

We wouldn't have this issue if she were naked.
Everything's simpler naked :-)

Like AJ said, I see the set of 3 dresses as white and gold, lighter shade, midle one:ditto a bit deeper and duller, not quite "golden", and the rightmost one: what I wrote above.

What does this say about color perception? Please tell us more!

For example, if someone is seeing orange/green, another is seeing blue/black, what is going on?
