Unhappy Jet Lag & Daylight Savings Time
On tour now: From the Gulf Coast to the East Coast; forward an hour; back to the Gulf Coast from the East Coast lose an hour; March 8 Daylight Savings Time, lose another hour

My computers; car, phones and watch can't keep up lol My sleep patterns are so out of sorts too.

How do you deal with your travel and jet lag?
