Safe is no visible evidence of other people or illegal activity. I know that last part is sort of what were doing but once the dough change hands it doesn't look illegal. At least not how I do it. And that you get what you pay for.

I've been doing some reading and can't tell for sure yet. Discretion is important and I'm not using a second phone so I'm certainly not calling her yet. That's the bonus of a lady like big Lisa, less likely to be vindictive or something. Even if she tries something, anyone is going to see what's up and think, well, that guy has bigger problems.
