I would suggest that 99% of hotels will accept a cash deposit. VERY few will not. So you can check into a hotel, pay cash all of the way ... and then leave.

My suggestion was going to be having a picnic. Find a secluded place. Bring a lot of blankets. Wine. Song. Condoms.

If not a city park, like mentioned above, then a piece of land. Or someplace secluded around a lake. Or a camping ground.

You know, I've had a few calls asking if someone could use my incall. Without knowing someone, the answer is a flat NO. And since I rarely do doubles, I don't meet up with couples who are strangers.

Well, rarely.

If you need to do something inside, because it's more comfortable that way, just go with an upscale hotel. Occasionally, you can call a hotel like the Marriot Courtyard, and just ask if they have 1/2 day rates. Sometimes, they'll do that for you.

Make up a charming excuse.
