FRIENDS with benefits ... it sounds like you are looking for a hook up with no commitment. How do you find a FWB relationship ... start with your FRIENDS. who do you have a mutual attraction with. Do they return it? Are they on the same page as you (ie- interested in the physical without the emotional bullshit)? ASK them. Sometimes they get mad walk away and avoid you, but at 11pm when they just got dumped by their BF and they need someone to tell them they are desirable your phone rings and you hear, "can I come over tonight!" Sometimes they are into it and it gets started right away ... and sometimes they never call and avoid you ... the question is who in your FRIENDS fits and bill and who in your FRIENDS are you willing to risk ...

Of course it exists. Always has and always will. It's way more work than seeing a provider, and setting boundaries is a critical thing, or else the FWB situation can go off in a direction that you may not want.

Right now, I have two FWBs. I met both through outside interests I have; I'd communicated with each for weeks, and the chemistry was obvious after we met IRL for lunch. I'd say I see one of them maybe twice a month, about half the time socially, and about half the time BCD. The other I see once every few months for an afternoon of no-holds-barred fun.

As for FWB sure it happens, but most often it's a convenience thing. Not that I had a problem with either, just keep it real
