You did not seem to insult her. Your own curiosity about her hair was curious in and of itself. And since long hair is a wildly popular thing among most men, it just seemed a little bit odd that you would consider that there was special clientele for it.

Like I said, there is literally a market for every slight detail, hair not withstanding. And hers is a particular work of art.
