In all actuality immigrants from South and Central America really don't want to live in America. They just want to come here and work for awhile make as much money as they can and enjoy all the perks of America without paying taxes that's why so many avoid legal citizenship. They often return to their home countries, then return to America where they start their work stint all over again. The cycle just keeps repeating itself. Now some do stay here permanently work raise their families and avoid becoming legal citizens cause it's easy, they know our system is flawed. Obamas Immigration reform is designed to entice undocumented Immigrants to come forth and go through the system to legalize themselves as American citizens, pay taxes and of course vote Democratic. That's all it is.

A source from the south, who has lived there all their life told me years ago there was no problem till they " closed " the border. The workers did what you said they wanted to come work here earn higher wages then go home to their families. Think how long our lawmakers have has to change the law on anchor babies.
