The issue is quite simple.

On more than one occasion we have provided to you instructions on how to become verified. Included in those instructions is the requirement of the owners of this site for you to provide specific information to verify your age. As of this post, you have not provided that information. Until you provide that information, we cannot help you. Simple as that.

Having seen or 'not seen' as it were the dfferent posts that have magically disappeared it would seem to be within an administrator's purview to delete any thread or post of a provider if verification requirements are ignored or not in compliance.
