Default smelly vagina For ladies

Lately I had a smell coming from me I couldn't explain it but i was terrified honestly thought it was std related. Went to a clinic and got my results back a week after and negative for everything Thank God. It wasn't bacteria either. They explained to me may be my products since I became a provider my hygiene has been at it highest I may take it a little too far I have all the summers eve products wipes, douches, deoderant spray (for down there),summers eve wash I have it all. And anti bacteria soap. Well I think I may have been killing good bacteria. I've always been really senstive down there even latex irritates me but I still use latex condoms and water based lube. But I know a few women have problems with Smell I just wanted to say always get tested regularly and if its not std or bacteria related. Try VH essentials probiotic plus & cranberry capsules they sell them Otc at Wal-Mart it balances your ph balance. And my smell completely went away and I will slow down on my products if it doesn't work go to a gynecologist it could be another problem. I hope I helped someone. And always stay hydrated

Default Never Douche

http://womenshealth.gov/publications.../douching.html

http://www.webmd.com/women/guide/vag...ful-or-harmful

Douching leads to bacterial vaginosis which is the stinkiest pussy order of them all. The vagina is a self-cleaning organ and is the cleanest, healthiest, and tastiest when left to it's natural state.

By all means, use Summers Eve or other soaps etc for the exterior, but let the interior clean itself.

Everyone's chemistry is different. Don't be to obsessed with products that have a fragrance. Everyone should be concerned about hygiene but in your haste yes you were probably reducing the good bacteria. Here's one product you can use quite regularly all over your entire body and it won't clash with your natural body chemistry and it's quite inexpensive. I am talking about Ivory Soap. See how that works for ya.

Girl, if latex bothers you, go non latex. They make different sizes in the non latex condoms. As far as the theory on washing away all the good bacteria, I think everyone is spot on.

Default So you got rid of the bacteria, now what grows in there?

anti bacteria soap
killing good bacteria

Well; let us have a little discussion of microbiology.
Yeast, and bacteria and other microbes can live in different worlds
most body bacteria have the best growth at 7 to 8
A lot of the yeasts grow best at other pH
e.g. Algae grow best at about pH 8 - 9
The growth can overlap
Yeast for fermentation of alcohol produces both alcohol and vinegar depending upon the temperature and pH of the growth media. Yeast growth in the vagina is a common problem that has been known for as far back as the ancients. (described, not identified until later).

So, it is a good guess that you have a yeast problem because the pH is not balanced. If all of the bacteria are killed, something else will come back to replace them; such as yeast or mold. Probiotics just add beneficial bacteria back.

The ears can be more prone to grow mold after taking strong antibiotics , it kills the bacteria OK but my ears start to grow the fungal types associated with moist warn conditions.

Hope that helps.
