attaching reviews to my profile

Ive sent a couple of email to the dallas@eccie.net address trying to get my reviews attached to my profile. Im not sure exactly why but the emails are being returned. Could you please attach the reviews I have found for myself to profile..

I also sent a request to websupport@eccie.net to see what I need to do to get my user name changed to "NikkiTracy" and this was also returned undeliverable.
this is what was sent back to me. Im pretty sure its a user error But if you have any suggestions on how to fix it so my emails go through Im all ears. Thanx for all your help!

Not sure why email is not working for you, the addresses are working though. Looks like a google error and I Assume you are using gmail.

As far as the review linking them to you; there is nothing in those reviews which prove they are you. Contact info is different.

We would need to be certain they are you by the reviewer to link them.

umderstandable. I have still have ownership of the phone number and email listed on the reviews and on the BP ads.I can provide you with the confirmation emails I received from BP from placing ads, and email from activating the phone number. I also have an review already linked to mm y account stating im Nicole from the office but I can also provide a letter of employment verification from them that I received while working for them. Are these the things that will help in determing that I am me?Whatever you need me to provide you with I can do. what email address should I send them to?
