ATTENTION: P411 BOARD CHANGES

In the next month or two, we will be making some changes to the site.
This will be in order to conform with Bill C36, which is expected to be passed into Canadian law before the end of the year. The new law will address the mention of sexual activities on escort ad sites. While it will continue to be legal for providers to offer their time in exchange for money, there can no longer be any reference to activities they might enjoy, even if only in their private life and not available for a fee.
For this reason, it's very likely that the activity lists and Ad Board be removed.
We don't want to make these changes. However, it appears as though we will have no choice. We'll be waiting to see exactly what will be passed into law, and consulting with our advisors, but these are the steps expected to be taken.
Preferred411 will continue to operate as a completely legal Canadian business long into the future, even if that means some changes have to be made.
Please note that any changes to the law in Canada affect only those who are involved in the industry in Canada. If you are in a different jurisdiction, you are bound to the laws in your jurisdication. Changes to Canadian law do not affect you (unless you are in Canada, as we are).

P411 prices are very reasonable and if you cannot afford it thinking it is too much to pay for a membership, IMO, if your that tight with your money, then realistically, you should not hobby!

Unlike Eccie, isn't p411 a referred membership board? I believe if you do not have a membership and logged on if you do, the ads and activities are not listed, so if that is the case, it is not like anyone can log on to p411 and view them.

Is there anyway you could change the ad board to where the ladies fill out a form that limits information to that which is allowed by law? There is still value in seeing which women are available in a particular location, and perhaps a link to other sites where more information is available.

The ability to filter ads by location is one important advantage P411 has over Eccie.

Gina, can you clarify? I interpret that the removal of the activities and ad board affect all customers but the 2nd quoted sentence confuses me. Does the change in Canadian law affect US customers or not?
