Question for provers r.e. references

Important and often discussed aspect of the hobby for both parties. Honest answers from providers will help us help you be safe, help the newbies build a rep, and help all members set up with new ladies. I am sure this has been discussed in numerous threads, so sorry if this thread is repetitive
Which provider(s) do you trust the most for a reference? Why?
Which provider(s) are the best at getting back to you? Who never gets back to you?
If asked for a reference, what % of requests do you respond to? Please be honest, we see lots of providers who don't, not a big deal. How long does it usually take you to reply?
How can we make it easy to get your referral?
Any positive or negative quickie stories about references?

I'll bite
- I trust a well reviewed provider that has been around for awhile, appears to be non drama, and until they give me a reason not to. If i am not familiar with the ladie(s), I may ask for additional info from the client.

- I will not mention names of ladies who do get back and who don't on a public forum. I will tell you that the ones that do are similar in demeanor to me. They are mature, non drama, positive and informative in their posts. My question back to you guys: if you know that a lady will not respond to reference requests or hangs up on ladies telling them, "they have the wrong number", will you still patronize these ladies or will you perpetuate this behavior? I'm sure some ladies have reasons for not giving references, but if the gentleman initiates the contact advising he needs to use a lady for a reference, I don't understand.

- I respond as quick as I see the message. If I'm with family or in an appointment it may take longer. I would say generally within an hour. I want the guy to see who he wants and have fun. What if it is that ladies only call for the day? I would hate to have a lady lose business due to my tardiness or negligence. While on hiatus, I will still be giving references.

- You guys can make it easier by contacting the lady first that you would like to use for a reference. Also don't wait to initiate the process until 30 mins prior to wanting to see you lady.

Generally I prefer known references of active ladies. Some are quick and some are slow. I try not to be impatient because it is already above and beyond the call of duty to sit down and write me more than "yes I saw him"

My obvious and known favorite reference giver is ari, simply because I have worked with her (or played with her) and know her meticulous book keeping and impeccable standards. Knowing her personally makes her reference a confident endeavor

I am always happy to give a reference. I like to think I am quite prompt and moderately detailed. IE: "He was divine company, Very respectful and thoughtful as well as punctual and clean."

When giving references to the lady you wish to see make SURE you let her know what will strike a memory and other such details. Most women are not going to remember "bob from downtown" However "bob who brought the white rose. We discussed chopin and the Kansas city orchestra. My location was down town and I saw her on x/x/xx date" is a quicker and far easier way for the lady to remember you.

Well, I am not going to name names of who I trust and who is good at speedy reference checks. Truth is, I dont trust any bitches in this industry and I don't ask them for references. Its such a waste of my time to wait on a provider to get back with me, especially when her first response to me is, "Can you have him call me? I'm high volume and don't remember guys unless I hear their voice." Fuckin bullshit. Voice recognition is how she screens/provides references?? Naw, I'm cool. I'm not going to email my potential client and tell him to call her up then tell him I will get back to him after she gets back to me. IF she even does. She may just step on my toes. I dont give a shit lol! But, this ^^^ is why I dont trust or ask ladies for references. There are far too many ways to screen a potential client without me having to put my trust in/or rely on another provider and play email tag with her and the client for 4 fuckin days.

I do respond to reference checks asked of me, regardless if I care for the lady or not. I'm just not going to wait around on other ladies to get back to me when I have things to do and bills to pay.
