Default U.S. 'caught off-guard' by air strikes

After six years, it's obvious Odumbo still doesn't understand the game. How's Odumbo's promise of **CHANGE** working for all of you lib-retards?

Libya crisis: US 'caught off-guard' by air strikes
http://www.bbc.com/news/world-africa-28933070

CAIRO — Twice in the last seven days, Egypt and the United Arab Emirates have secretly launched airstrikes against Islamist-allied militias battling for control of Tripoli, Libya, four senior American officials said, in a major escalation of a regional power struggle set off by Arab Spring revolts.

The United States, the officials said, was caught by surprise: Egypt and the Emirates, both close allies and military partners, acted without informing Washington, leaving the Odumbo administration on the sidelines.

Is this another Benghazi thread?

LMAO!

BTW -- why did you doctor your thread to remove your link to Glenn Beck's blog? Still waiting on that one, rainbow terrier!

[T]he fact that neither the UAE, nor Egypt, told Washington in advance ... is a measure of the declining standing in the region of the Odumbo administration, which is widely seen as hesitant and vacillating.

Funny, neither the New York Times nor the BBC, whom you think you've quoted verbatim, mention anybody by the name of Odumbo.

I guess you've been caught in another LIE!

The Odumbo administration "was significantly involved in the operation to oust Libya's former regime, but since then, [it hasn't] shown much ability to influence events on the ground."

Nope, IBLiar. You falsely quoted every one of these sources and doctored the stories quoted.

You're a low-life liar, plain and simple.

Keep it accurate, or SHUT THE FUCK UP.

But first, please tell us why you doctored your own post to change your link to Glenn Beck's "The Blaze."

Former ambassador and undersecretary of state Eric Edelman observes that “it is a stunning vote of no-confidence in the Odumbo administration and the fact that they apparently launched additional strikes today (after unnamed administration sources said it was ‘unhelpful’) serves to underline the point.”

Danielle Pletka of the American Enterprise Institute remarks, “I suspect that the UAE and Egypt have given up on the Odumbo administration, the same refrain you hear from pretty much every capital.” She adds, “They know full well we’re neither going to address Islamist extremism in Libya (or Syria or Iraq), that we’re not going to confront Qatar (even though the Emiratis have been trying), and that the United States is no longer an ally to be relied upon.” She continues, “In other words, it’s Egypt and the UAE and Israel and others against our enemies while we sit on the sidelines and golf.”

Now perhaps "we" can address the substance. Rather than "deflect"!
