Thank you, Tara. I actually am a very nice and generous gent as the guys and girls who actually know me could testify.

Marissa did contact me. We exchanged PM's. All her medical bills were taken care of according to her.

What she asked for was some cash to buy other things.. She claimed she was still working and did not think she would need to stop.

The one medical need she claimed she was going to have to skip altogether was rehab at Baylor's Tom Landry center for rehab because they do not accept medicaid. Been there. Seen it. Got a friend that works there. They sure as hell do.

Given her history of lies and scams before and the red flags that were popping up, I ceased communications. I did let some others gents know that I saw signs of bullshit and her request was for cash gifts for other items. These gents were concerned I was gonna be bamboozled, flim-flammed, scammed, taken advantage of..

What she did not know was that the particular terms she was tossing around were ones I had intimate personal knowledge of. I know the exact measure of care required to fight Lymphoma.

I wasn't going to interfere with whatever game you were running and there may be a 1% chance I am wrong. But now that you accuse me of having some "image agenda", so I will say it publicly:

You are still a fucking liar and the details you have presented are bullshit. I don't care if the story made the paper. I have seen many stories in the paper not properly fact checked or colored in a ways as to evoke certain emotions in the readers.

I suggest you back off and let this attempt to play on people's sympathy here die. I don't want to drag Randy Mill through the mud for not fact checking as a blogger / contributing journalist, but if you persist in this game, the DMN's editor's may want to drop his blog from their web site and print a retraction.

Your bullshit potentially hurts others. Stop it. If you qualify for medicaid, you qualify for food stamps and they are pretty generous with how much they load on those cards. The PUC also has financial assistance for your utilities which is a snap to get if you are already on medicaid and can prove illness.


But if you want the men here to just send you cash when you have shown no responsibility in the past and have a history of scamming people, you can forget it. This is pay for play site. Scammers are not welcome here. We may help each other out from time to time, but we are not naive enough to fall for this one.

Bullshit. You asked me for cash because everything was covered by medicaid but the water therapy because you were a Parkland patient and Baylor does not take medicaid, according to you. My neighbor with breast cancer had her membership to Tom Landry picked up by medicaid.

Tom Landry Center will most certainly pick up Medicaid if you are certified for it to be medically necessary.

The article written was not factual or fact checked at all. The timelines of your public record don't even match up with the timelines presented in the article. It is very obvious that it was not checked for accuracy in any way, shape or form.

I've stayed out of this up until this point. But when you try to publicly shame someone who has done a lot of things for a lot of people, that is where I draw the line.

She did it to me 2 yrs ago I think. Time flies when you are scammed? I fell for the sob stories, sent money by PayPal to her "friend's" account that was helping her, prepaid in cash to help with rent for future sessions, which never took place. The ultimate was when she needed plumbing help. At least I can recognize a legitimate water leak. LOL

She lived very near me so I volunteered to help fix what the landlord should have fixed. I assessed the problem, went and bought the part, came back, fixed her plumbing, and accepted her assurance that she would see me as soon as she could. That's the last I ever saw her and that's the way I want to keep it.

I will still try to help ppl that genuinely need it. But I am much more suspicious of ppl and less trusting. Not what I wanted to become as a person, but she has a way of ruining your outlook on life.

That really sucks babe. I can never understand how some people bite the hand that feeds them. I don't try to burn bridges with good people. I'm really sorry that happened to you but there ARE other good people out there who appreciate when someone is kind and goes out of their way!

I've had similar situations of people burning me simply for their own benefit but those kinds of individuals will never get ahead in life.. I think that's something they fail to realize.
