Transsexual Gender buttons
As the board has become more integrated over the years, I believe it's time to add to the existing radio buttons that are available for selection on the member signup page to include transsexual genders as well. I think it should also be integrated into the Search Providers section. At the same time, make an announcement in all the city forums that the option is available for any existing members who wish to have it changed by a moderator/admin. I think it's a good idea to add it to the review forms as well, so those without ROS access can readily see a transsexual gender.
1. It's an easy add.
2. This eliminates all possibility that a member will be browsing a showcase which shows a listing of "female" or "male" and not do any other research which may identify they are transsexual. It's those types of oversights that lead to people getting hurt.
3. Same goes for reviews where the reviewer may forget to list TS in the name line, and the reader doesn't have ROS access.
4. Most, if not all TS providers already advertise in posts using the TS tag, but some may not list it anywhere in their showcase. They've embraced the moniker, so there shouldn't be any problem accepting the gender button as well.
5. It gives those people who are doing a Provider Search an easy way to identify those TS that they are jnterested in seeing, being that you can't search for "TS" because the word is too short for the search function.
6. It will also help TS providers to realize if they are screening a TS hobbyist by seeing that in their profile.
I don't see this as being divisive, I see it exactly the opposite. TS reviews are moore popular than ever, so I see this as an easy way to help integrate them into the normal provider/hobbyist functions that this board already has and that members are already familiar with. As our society here has changed I think it's time to change to accommodate that as well.

I will second the motion. I also appalled you for a well thought out approach that serves to help and protect all the members here.
I regularly interact with some of the TS Providers here, and they are some of the most reasonable and classy folks on the site. I think it would help them greatly for the people looking for them to be able to find them more quickly.
A dual purpose is served because this will hopefully prevent and inexperienced hobbyist for straying into a TS ad and then making a big deal about it. Thus protecting TS Peoviders from unwarranted and unnecessary attacks.
I think it's a win-win for all. I can't really think of a downside.

Agreed, its a very good idea. Cause when someone don't read our showcase or look over info and show up expecting one thing, get another, and the advertising provider of course just had to put the time to be ready into it.. So of course she's expecting something gfor that as well! Needless to say, it can cause some uncomfortable situations for all involved. And while most of our client base is straight, not all straight guya are heteroflexible, but when we are passable, Sometimes our pics have a way of distracting even the guys who aren't into ts from the text info lol.

There needs to be a TS forum. It 's so hard for those of us that enjoy and those that might be interested in expanding their boundries to find any reviews or any contact info. Also the homophobic can rest easy and not make a mistake.

There are. The "Other Reviews" forums suffices great in cities that actually have TS providers...and aren't in the buckle of the Bible Belt...

Id like to Necro this thread to get it back on top.
Ive been away from the site for a while but I thought of this a while back.
With the growing acceptance and detest of Transexual providers on this site I think it would be good If there was an easier way to identify and find these providers.
I know from personal use of the site, its not that easy to search for and find TS providers in an area, it takes a forum search and scouring of posts to find useful information, especially sense people say different words that Id have to search for. I.E. TS, Transexual, Transsexual, Shemale, T-girl.... its annoying as hell.
This can only help not hinder the community.
