Looking for retail space

What the heck, you never know where you can find help :-)

I am looking for retail space for my computer repair shop. I need 300-500 sq ft. HEB area. Ideal would be a current merchant who has unproductive space I could sub lease. Or, someone looking to open/move but cannot find the right size space.

I know several great locations but they are all 1000 ft or larger which is way too much space for me. I am currently sharring space with a shipping business but they are closing in a few weeks so I have to move.

If you know anyone who may be able to help, leasing agents, property mamagers, realitors, business owners etc, then please PM me with the contact info.

There's a retail strip on Mid Cities Blvd. between Davis Blvd. and Smithfield Road in North Richland Hills.

There's lots of space on Rufe Snow starting from Northfield Road towards 820 also in North Richland Hills.

In Bedford, along Harwood Road from Central Drive going towards 121.

Euless, go south from Harwood Road on Main Street towards 183. There's a retail strip on the right that is somewhat empty.
