Cuffs, anklets, collars are all OK with me; they look very "hot" and add a lot to how a woman looks in a D/s scenario. However, I don't feign choking or any sort of ropes / chains around the neck if rope or chain is fastened to something. Leashes, etc., are not fastened to anything so I'm OK with those.
