The concept of prescheduling in itself is considerate. And even with all that can happen in two people's lives before a meeting, if that time is used wisely nothing is ever a waste. But in all honesty, since I don't have my phone number listed I haven't received a request for right now appointments in years. Within 24 hours is the shortest.

and if its for discretion reasons....you would think you would want to pre book and be a little more professional instead of street like.
