Not important whether I understand the meaning or not. Every state in the union disagrees with your interpretation of the 2nd Amendment, since every state has at least a minimum of gun control laws on the books. The court systems of the U.S., whether it be state or federal, disagrees with your interpretation of the 2nd Amendment since gun control laws limiting gun ownership and use have been deemed constitutional in most cases. And I'll bet 99.999999% of the adult population in the U.S. disagrees with your interpretation of the 2nd Amendment.
Even you don't believe "unalienable" to be absolute since you said 5-year olds should only be allowed to carry only under supervision of an adult. THAT IS GUN CONTROL!!!
