While we may all get a laugh out of it and agree we wouldn't put ourselves out there like that, in a greater context I'm actually ok with this guys actions. I think it actually helps society because it makes us all more consciously aware and to a degree adds a measure of checks and balances or at least puts people on notice. Yes he was gullible, stupid, and should have known better but just because she strips for a living that doesn't give her a license to act ill.

I know I digress but it's the same feeling I got when I read about Donald Sterling, I think people like that help society because in a sense they help progress the political dialog of right vs. wrong, equal vs. unfair treatment, and basically I told you so.

Just my two cents.

^ If that's addressed to me then your answer is no. In context I would have never put myself in the position to begin with. However, I dont take exception to his actions given what I've read about the case.

Seems they both have some culpability.

Um, by his own words...they were dating, he gave her stuff and now, she broke it off and he wants the stuff he gave her back. Judge Judy would tell him to get lost. Now I'd feel differently if he said he was just a customer in a club that was trying to help her out and loaned her some cash. But that's not what HE said...

$3k...geeze...I've had a gentlemen friend slip me more than that at lunch...I've had bar tabs that big...

Anyone who thinks that is a lot of money (and I agree it is for many) has no business setting foot into Treasures or anywhere like it.

I think the real truth lies somewhere in between. No PUN. It sounds to me like he may have mental issues and not that she did but I can see this being a case where she may have realized that and took advantage of the situation. As for the amount I won't disagree it's not a lot of money but the rich don't get richer by scoffing at a dollar.

Feel bad for that guy. He seems like one of those clueless guys that could only find company in a strip club. He is a software developer so I know there aren't any good chicks in his area of work. Unfortunately he fell flat on the hands of a dirty tramp and got manipulated like a puppy. He should've known better but he is probably that type of guy who is special like the smart kid in your school who nobody understands.

Cry me a river ... He is an adult. He made adult decisions. Now he does not want to live with the consequences of those decisions. He is just lucky he did not knock he up, that would be another 18 years of court ordered giving.
