Could always do the Eiffel Tower/Pig Roast. I'd go so far to say that with good coordination you can have someone in anal from behind and someone vaginal under without contact. As for the DBBBJ, with a guy on each side of her there would be no contact, and she could go from side to side sucking.

Can't say I've been in a MFM experience with just 3 people in the room.
